Complimentary Deposition Prep Session

If you have a client with a deposition coming up and you've never worked with me before, I'd like to offer you something straightforward: a deposition preparation session for your client, on me. No cost, no obligation.

Here's how it works:

We'll start with a 30-minute call – just the two of us – where you walk me through the client, the case, and what you're most focused on and concerned about heading into the deposition. From there, we'll schedule a 90-minute session via Zoom with you and your client together.

I ask that you plan to be present for the prep session. Your involvement matters. You know your client and the nuances of the case, especially its legal needs, in ways I don't, and your insights will make our prep work sharper. It's also a genuine opportunity to deepen your relationship with your client and to strengthen that trust. And of course, you'll see exactly how I work.

The prep session:

This won’t be a full exploration of your client’s story or testimony development work. That is deeper work that takes more time and focus. But elements of that work will naturally come into play. Don’t be surprised if you see a new side of your client in this setting, or hear important details that haven't surfaced until now.

This session is primarily about confidence. By the time we're done, your client will have a clearer sense of what to expect, how to show up, and how to present themselves in the best possible way, for themselves and for their case.

There's no pitch, no pressure. This is simply a chance for you to see my work firsthand before deciding whether and how I might be helpful for your cases going forward.
